T&I Contract Manager for a major Offshore Wind Developer based in Germany Responsibilities Contract Negotiation & Drafting: Lead the negotiation, drafting, and review of contracts of the Installation Office scopes, ensuring alignment with legal, regulatory, and company standards. Extract of the Installation Office scopes. Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate risks related to contractual agreements, advising stakeholders on potential liabilities. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (legal, commercial, Installation Office Lead etc.) to ensure all contract terms meet business requirements and objectives. Contract Compliance: Monitor and ensure adherence to contract terms, deadlines, and conditions; manage performance and obligations of all parties involved.Requirements Proven track record in contract management, negotiation, and drafting of at least two offshore wind projects. 5+ years of experience in contract management, negotiation, and drafting. Willingness to travel to suppliers for personnel meetings and visiting production facilities. Availability to work 50% on-site in Hamburg office
